The purpose of inspecting during production is to assess, at an intermediate phase of the process, if the customer’s order is being processed as requested.
At this stage, Topquin Ltd. controls that the supplier is on track with delivery deadlines, with the requirements of the Purchase Order, and it verifies if the supplier is conducting its own quality controls.
This type of inspection is of substantive importance because it brings awareness to the supplier that Topquin Ltd. will perform on-site assessments on the progress of the production with regard to the quality of the products, their compliance with the client’s requirements, and deadlines.
Our inspection during production includes the following tasks:
- Product appearance;
- Weight measurements;
- Measurements of the dimensions;
- Labeling and barcode;
- Workmanship;
- Quantities of the finished product, and
- Packaging and packaging, including shipping marks.
Once the inspection ends, Topquin Ltd. sends a document to the client, detailing point by point the results of our review.
