Our Pre-Production Inspection service is the first step to obtain information regarding the factory or company you are considering starting a business relationship with. Topquin Ltd. evaluates the programming methods of production, the machinery available, the traceability of raw materials, and the methods used for packaging. This allows our customers to request that the supplier makes corrections or improvements prior to mass production.
Our task is to:
- Verify the quantity and quality of raw materials and their origin;
- Corroborate the quality of the finished product;
- Suggest any laboratory tests on components and/or materials that our inspectors deem necessary; and
- Request a set of samples to be analyzed by our client.
